Badger Spirit Handmade Necklace

Small and unique, Badger Spirit is the place to find quality and affordable Hopi, Zuni, Navajo, and Santo Domingo jewelry and crafts.  It has a great selection that will satisfy the diversity in all customers’ tastes and interests.

Badger Spirit carries a variety of Hopi basketry, Kachina doll carvings, and Hopi cultural arts.  Some of these native Hopi arts include gourd rattles, drums, and bows & arrows.

The store features art from some of the most well known Hopi artists including art collectibles and Hopi pottery from the famed Nampeyo family.  Customers can also buy signed, limited edition prints by artists David Dawongumptewa, Frances Quatskuyua, and Buddy James.

Visitors will also find a great selection of contemporary Navajo etched and horse hair pottery.

With 30 years of experience, the owner, Margaret Pooyouma, has an unparalleled knowledge and passion for Native American arts and crafts.  Through these years she has built relationships with many of the artists that are featured in Badger Spirit, allowing her to pass on knowledge far greater than many retailers are capable of.
